I have created a PerthNorg Cit J group on Facebook - so if you are on Facebook, and just about everyone is these days, then make sure you join us there.
I have also added PerthNorg to my news feed there and you can do the same by going to the Feeds application and adding the URL www.perthnorg.com.au

This allows you to read your feeds there, but in order to share a story with other people on Facebook, you need to highlight the heading and hit share. This way the story is then distributed through your mini-feed to your friends.

We certainly beat the bigger players on our news feed and there is not another Perth news site that instantly updates the news like our feed does, so it’s a simple way for you to stay in touch with the news if you are on Facebook.

We’ll be looking at creating a Facebook application for Cit Js to add to their profiles shortly. I have a few ideas about this, but would really like to hear from all of you about what sort of functions it could have. Let me know.
